The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management with the ability to analyze costs and negotiate contracts effectively. As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects by providing accurate estimates and maintaining cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documents. Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to determine necessary materials, labor, and equipment costs.
