Gpac has partnered with a General Contractor that is looking toadd an Estimator to their team. They are a top tier company thatfocuses on work life balance.
Estimator Duties:
Ensure timelyestimates and submission of proposals with an emphasis on cost,schedule, and scope of work accuracy Understand and manage safetyrequirements, local building codes, and tax information for eachproject per location. Manage site walk-throughs and document itemsobserved and discussed with the client or key specialty contractorsup to point of bid submission Help build mutually rewardingrelationships with potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Update and modify estimating database with cost data as required.
Estimator Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an Estimator fora licensed General Contractor Four year degree in ConstructionManagement, Business Management, Engineering or up to four years ofdirectly related experience.
