We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our team and support traffic projects bidding. In this role, you will review and analyze project requirements and prepare accurate estimates for quotes while maintaining strong communication with customers and vendors. The ideal candidate has experience with strong experience in estimating, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do: Review RFQ, project plans, and specifications to understand scope of work for quotes Analyze traffic project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates Communicate with customers to define project scope, address deficiencies, and build relationships Work with manufacturers and distributors to obtain pricing for components for quote Maintain organized records of estimates, quotes, and other relevant documents in SAP Perform accurate takeoffs of documents

Requirements:

What you’ll need: Experience with estimating, takeoffs and ERP/MRP software Solid computer skills and fluency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced, work environment Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs Ability to work a four (4) day, 10-hour/day shift (Monday through Thursday) What helps: Manufacturing or supply chain experience Proficiency with SAP Business One Experience in the traffic solutions industry
