What You’ll Do:
Prepare precise Xactimate structure repair estimates swiftly and accurately. Manage relationships and communication with insurance adjusters and TPAs. Scope, sketch, and draft estimates/supplements efficiently. Collaborate with a team that values quality and attention to detail.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in property damage restoration and Xactimate estimating. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of residential construction. IICRC certifications (preferred, not required). Proficiency in Xactimate/Symbility software and Microsoft programs.
