What You’ll Do:
Analyze architectural plans and project documents to prepare accurate estimates. Engage with manufacturers and vendors to secure competitive pricing. Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure project goals are met. Maintain organized records of bids and proposals. Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and progress.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret construction documents and plans. Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and clients. Previous experience in estimating, sales, or construction administration is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction, landscaping, or site development projects. Familiarity with estimating software or take-off tools. Background in sales or customer service.
