We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

As a Waterproofing Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project scopes to prepare accurate and competitive estimates. The ideal candidate has an understanding of waterproofing systems, strong analytical skills, and proven track record of estimation in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to develop comprehensive cost estimates. Prepare take-offs and pricing for waterproofing systems, including membranes, sealants, and coatings. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure scope alignment and clarify bid requirements. Track project bid results and adjust estimating practices based on outcomes and feedback.

Requirements:

2+years of estimating experience in waterproofing or a closely related construction trade. Knowledge of waterproofing materials, methods, and application techniques. Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Active Takeoff, or equivalent). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in commercial waterproofing projects.
