The Opportunity:
As our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in generating detailed and accurate cost estimates for a variety of commercial landscape maintenance projects, typically ranging from $50,000 to $300,000. This is an excellent opportunity for an autonomous and analytical professional who thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently delivering high-quality proposals and reports. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors, ensuring all financial and operational aspects of each project are thoroughly evaluated and clearly documented.
Key Accountabilities:
Generate detailed, accurate, and timely landscape maintenance cost estimates. Continuously improve our estimating processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to our strong safety culture by identifying any job conditions that may exceed our safety standards.
