Position Overview:
The Sales/Estimator plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and accurately preparing estimates for construction projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify potential projects and prepare competitive bids and proposals. Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate scoping of projects. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry. Present project estimates and proposals to clients and negotiate terms. Qualifications:
