Receive excess material lists from the field and reallocate materials to upcoming projects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and material tracking systems. Assist Utility Dispatch with material issues and supplier sourcing as needed. Collaborate daily with field teams to resolve material shortages, over shipments, or delivery errors. Manage the entire utility buyout lifecycle from takeoff through purchase order execution. Support the purchasing team with utility-related inquiries and troubleshooting. Maintain positive and professional relationships with co-workers, vendors, and subcontractors. Interpret and analyze underground utility plans, ensuring materials match the job specifications.
