Key Responsibilities:

Perform job site visits and accurately assess fencing needs Read blueprints and specifications to prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates Use estimating software (e.g., BlueBeam) and Excel to build proposals Prepare and submit comprehensive bid packages Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

Prior experience in fence estimation or commercial fencing Proficient in blueprint reading, cost analysis, and material takeoffs Skilled in Excel, BlueBeam, and general estimating software Excellent communication and project coordination abilities Self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail
