5+ Years Experience in a preconstruction / Estimator role. They are currently hiring for a full-time / permanent Estimator who will be a key player in ensuring project accuracy and financial efficiency from pre-construction to completion. We do not micromanage. This person will have the autonomy to take ownership of their work while collaborating with a team. Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets. Perform site assessments to ensure precise cost evaluations. What You Need for this Position 5+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Industrial, etc. Proficiency in estimating software Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
