Drywall Estimator Construction Search Group Bonita Springs, FL Our client is a top industry well established Commercial Drywall/Interiors Contractor located near Bonita Springs, FL who is looking confidentially for a sharp Mid to Senior Drywall Estimator to join their team. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 base salary to start (based on experience), performance bonus, full employee medical coverage, paid vacation, vision, pto, dental, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks. This company specializes in commercial, highrise office and condos, assisted living and retail, projects averaging $1 million to $3 million up to $10 million. Must have experience bidding with OST and Quickbid, commercial new or renovation projects for Drywall and metal stud of all sizes and complexities.

• Stucco experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and dedication to excellence a must.
• Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Must be well versed in excel, word and e-mail communication.
• Efficiency in reading and understanding blue prints is needed.

Should have 5-20 years’ experience as an Estimator in the commercial drywall industry.
