Here’s what we look for from our team members: Key Skills & Qualities at Volts Electric At least three years in business development or estimating work At least three years experience at an electrical or construction company At least five years in any estimating work environment Electrical estimating experience is required You will earn more at Volts Electric if you are capable of this task or are willing to learn how to do this throughout your first year at our company. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required Ability to read and interpret blueprints Able to build and maintain great relationships with anyone Shower regularly and keep good hygiene Willing to listen to terrible dad jokes You’re motivated by the success of your own work and the overall success of the team. You’re coachable to learn how we do things at Volts Electric. Some Responsibilities of This Position Develop and execute estimating strategies to achieve sales targets Identify and pursue new market opportunities for business growth Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process
