On Offer Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses Career growth and leadership development opportunities Design-build exposure across technically advanced and unique project types Work with some of the top construction professionals in the country Responsibilities Prepare conceptual, schematic, and final construction estimates across a wide range of project types Collaborate with design, engineering, and development teams to ensure accurate scope alignment and constructability Analyze plans, specifications, and subcontractor pricing to develop complete, competitive estimates Support early-stage design development with cost planning, value engineering, and feasibility insights Participate in project strategy, risk analysis, and bid preparation Maintain estimate documentation, cost databases, and process templates for consistency and future use Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handoffs from preconstruction to operations Requirements 3-7+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction within commercial or industrial construction Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam Revu, OST, or similar platforms Experience preparing full-scope budgets and GMP proposals Knowledge of design-build processes and collaboration in cross-functional teams is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Background in concrete, structural systems, or specialty/automated facility types is a plus
