Duties

• Utilize project management tools to assess and estimate costs for construction projects
• Collaborate with team members to determine pricing strategies
• Utilize software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other industry-specific tools for precise estimations
• Analyze electrical and building plans to create detailed estimates
• Assist in contract negotiations and cost control efforts
• Apply knowledge of construction estimating principles to ensure accurate project budgeting Experience
• Prior experience in Construction Estimating or related field
• Proficiency in HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or similar software tools
• Strong understanding of Construction Management practices
• Knowledge of cost control techniques and methodologies
• Familiarity with electrical/Plumbing systems and building construction processes
