Duties:

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
• Analyze project scope and identify potential risks or challenges that may impact cost estimates
• Utilize estimating software and tools to perform quantity takeoffs and cost calculations
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and proposals for clients
• Participate in bid meetings and negotiations with clients
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation “`

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the roofing industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
