Cypress Lake Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33919 ## Job Summary Sales, estimating, and design You will be expected to execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers in the marina industry as well as waterfront establishments and waterfront homeowners. Identify the customer’s needs and sell the appropriate products and projects to meet those needs. Previous experience selling Docks and Seawall including estimating is preferred. ## Duties Prepares work to be estimated by gathering site plans, surveys, and related documents. Maintains contact and relationships with private individuals and other organizations. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data. Continually updates technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. contractors, and suppliers

- Previous sales and estimating experience required
- Proficiency in construction management software such as BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Prolog, ProCore, and Primavera
