We are seeking a Senior Estimator for a Bonita Springs-basedgeneral contractor specializing in large-scale multifamily andcommercial construction. This role offers a clear path toEstimating Director as the current leader approaches retirement.

Client Details The company is a well-established general contractorwith a strong presence in Southwest Florida , known for deliveringhigh-quality ground-up multifamily developments andcommercial/public sector projects . Their portfolio includes woodframe and block & plank/hollow core buildings as well as civic worklike libraries, parks, EOCs, and fire/police stations – ranging invalue from $2.5M to $150M . The Bonita Springs office is a smallbut strategic hub that will grow as the regional operation expands.

Description Produce accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offsfor multifamily, commercial, and municipal projects Review drawingsand specifications to develop detailed scopes of work and bidpackages Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internalstakeholders during the preconstruction and bid process Assist withvalue engineering, scheduling input, and constructability analysisCollaborate closely with the current Estimating Director andprepare to take over leadership of the estimating department Helpbuild the team and systems for a growing regional office Profile 7years of experience in construction estimating, especiallymultifamily ground-up projects ($30M) Strong knowledge of woodframe and block & plank/hollow core construction methods Exposureto public sector or municipal projects is a plus Proficiency inestimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, or SageExcellent communication and analytical skills Leadership potential,initiative, and a desire to grow into a Director role Comfortworking in a small team and helping scale a department Job OfferBase salary of $140,000 – $175,000 , depending on experienceSubstantial growth in compensation and responsibility uponpromotion to Estimating Director Health, dental, and visioninsurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidaysOpportunity to shape and lead a growing regional estimating team ina supportive environment MPI does not discriminate on the basis ofrace, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity orexpression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status,marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group orclass protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
