Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Site Construction Estimator position include: Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil site construction estimating, with strong knowledge of concrete, grade work, and underground piping Proficiency in Excel or Bid-to-Win software required Strong work ethic and ability to produce up to 3 accurate estimates per week in a high-energy environment Plug-and-play mindset with the ability to hit the ground running; minimal training required Exceptional communication skills and a team-player attitude; able to support a collaborative and helpful office culture Comfortable working primarily in the office (80%) with occasional site visits (20%) Ability to handle projects averaging $2 million in value with a clear understanding of scopes and subcontractor coordination Reports directly to the owner; no direct reports

Salary:

$75,000 – $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
