Framing and Drywall Estimator 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Sarasota, FL 34236 Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Framing and Drywall Estimator, located in Sarasota, FL. The Framing and Drywall Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for framing and drywall projects, evaluating material and labor costs, analyzing project proposals, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Additional tasks include preparing detailed reports and maintaining records of estimates and actual project costs. Qualifications Experience in Framing and Drywall Estimation Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools Strong analytical and mathematical skills Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or higher education are a plus
