The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Administrative Experience Experience with Microsoft Office Experience with QuickBooks Flexible with hours if needed Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills Time management skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Construction or roofing experience preferred but not required Must be physically able to lift between 20-30 lbs at minimum High School Diploma preferred
Responsibilities:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred This is a Full Time position
- Regular office hours Monday to Friday 8 am
- 5 pm with the occasional Saturday from 8 am
- 12 pm Salary is based on experience.
