Roofing Estimator – Apply Today! We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client’s team. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately calculating costs associated with construction projects and providing clients with detailed estimates.
Pay/Compensation/Details:
$18/hr. $20/hr.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
MUST have
COMMERCIAL ROOFING ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE.
Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quantity take-offs Estimate labor, material, and time requirements for construction projects Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for bids Develop cost proposals and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to create detailed estimates Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client meetings as required Proven experience in construction estimating, cost control, and project management Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Ability to interpret contracts, build relationships, and negotiate effectively Familiarity with Construction Management processes and Construction sites Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating Effective communication and negotiation abilities Why Join Us?
