Description Prepare detailed andaccurate cost estimates for all project phases, includingmaterials, labor, and equipment. Analyze blueprints,specifications, and project documents to determine scope andrequirements. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineersto clarify project needs and refine estimates. Research and sourcepricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensurecompetitive bids. Review and evaluate subcontractor bids foraccuracy and alignment with project goals. Update and adjust costprojections based on project changes or unforeseen conditions.

Maintain thorough documentation of estimates, bids, and projectcosts for reporting and compliance. Contribute to value engineeringby identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromisingquality. Profile Extensive experience estimating and managing costsfor commercial ground-up construction projects, including retail,warehouses, shopping centers, and dealerships. Strong understandingof construction processes, safety standards, and industry bestpractices. Excellent analytical skills for preparing accurate bids,budgets, and cost projections. Skilled in coordinating withclients, architects, and subcontractors to align estimates withproject requirements. Proficient in using estimating software andtools to develop detailed and competitive proposals. Track recordof delivering accurate cost estimates that support successfulproject execution within budget and time line constraints. Solidknowledge of contract compliance and scope definition forsubcontractor agreements. Job Offer A competitive salary range ofaround $95,000 to $130,000 yearly, depending on experience.
