Estimator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Miami, FL Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for all project phases, including materials, labor, and equipment. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and requirements. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project needs and refine estimates. Research and source pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive bids. Review and evaluate subcontractor bids for accuracy and alignment with project goals. Update and adjust cost projections based on project changes or unforeseen conditions. Maintain thorough documentation of estimates, bids, and project costs for reporting and compliance. Contribute to value engineering by identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
