Known forquality craftsmanship and innovative project delivery, they fostera collaborative and growth-driven work culture with a strongpipeline of active and upcoming developments in the Miami areaDescription Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates formultifamily construction projects Analyze architectural plans,specifications, and scopes of work Source and evaluatesubcontractor and supplier quotes Assist with value engineering andcost control strategies Work closely with project managers,architects, and consultants to ensure estimating aligns withproject goals Maintain current knowledge of material pricing, labortrends, and market conditions Profile 3 years of estimatingexperience in multifamily construction Strong understanding ofconstruction drawings, materials, and building methods Proficientin estimating tools/software (ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in adeadline-driven environment

Preferred:
