Job Description
Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates for HVAC systems to include duct work, and piping systems, and equipment for commercial and HVAC projects (i.e., installations, retrofits, and equipment replacements). Account for labor, material, equipment, subcontractors, and other direct costs within estimates. Review plans and specifications to determine the scope of work. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Submit proposals to customers, finalize pricing and complete internal setups promptly. Requirements Able to read and understand blue prints and specifications Have proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Possess good communication skills with an outgoing personality and a positive attitude Well organized, flexible, detail oriented and ability to multi-task Ability to handle a fast-paced workload under deadlines Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail Must be able to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet submission deadlines High school or equivalent (Required)
