Junior Estimator Empire Waterproofing and Painting Miami, FL 33162 Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Estimator located in North Miami Beach, FL. The Junior Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs for waterproofing, painting, and specialty coating projects. They will work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate and competitive bids for projects. Qualification Estimating and Cost Analysis skills Knowledge of Division 7 and Division 9 standards Attention to detail and accuracy in project estimation Ability to work collaboratively with a project management team Strong mathematical and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the construction industry is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Excel Proficient with reading blueprints and executing quantity take-offs
