In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and providing essential support for our construction projects. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead. Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and pricing. Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses. Utilize estimating software efficient cost analysis. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry, minimum 3 years Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices.
