Drywall Project Manager/Estimator Are you a skilled DrywallProject Manager or Estimator looking for your next big opportunity?

What You’ll Do:

Estimation& Bidding Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using software(On Center preferred) Review blueprints and specs to developcompetitive bids and proposals. Account for material, labor, andoverhead costs while aligning with client goals. Project ManagementOversee multiple drywall projects simultaneously, from planning tocloseout. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers tokeep everything on track. Perform site visits to monitor progress,address issues, and ensure quality control. Client & TeamCollaboration Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,subcontractors, and vendors. Lead project meetings and provideupdates to ensure client satisfaction. Work closely with internalteams to improve processes and meet company goals. Documentation ℜporting Keep detailed records of contracts, change orders,schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulationsand prepare progress reports.

What You’ll Need:

3-5 years ofexperience in drywall project management or estimating. Proficiencyin estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strongunderstanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safetystandards. Excellent communication and organizational skills tomanage multiple projects.
