With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and integrity, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. Position Overview This dual-role position is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at both estimating and managing electrical construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and overseeing projects to ensure timely and profitable completion. Open to negotiation on salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities Estimating Duties:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical construction projects. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and related documents to determine project scope. Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes. Participate in bid review meetings and value engineering processes. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and labor rates.

Project Management Duties:

Lead project planning, execution, and closeout phases. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Proficiency with the estimating software that we use; Accubid Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
