We are actively seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Estimator to join one of the country’s best, most respected heavy civil construction firms. They self-perform heavy highway, public works, and site development projects. They specialize in excavation, underground, and structures construction. This estimating position would include bidding on-site work for Heavy Civil contracts particularly with Dirt and Underground opportunities. Must have experience in Heavy Civil Construction areas: of Dirt/Excavation and Underground utilities.

Employee Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary $110K-$160K, DOE Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits 401k with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Strong Annual bonus program

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

5+ years of estimating experience in heavy highway construction with Dirt/Underground Utilities. FDOT bidding experience preferred. Microsoft Office Suite Experience with HCSS or other software preferred Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience a plus Negotiated project experience preferred, including technical writing skills All searches are held in the utmost discretion.
