We are actively seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Estimator to join one of the country’s best, most respected heavy civil construction firms. They self-perform heavy highway, public works, and site development projects. They specialize in excavation, underground, and structures construction. This estimating position would include bidding on-site work for Heavy Civil contracts particularly with Structure related opportunities. Must have experience in Heavy Civil Construction area of Highway Structures.

Employee Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary $110K-$160K, DOE Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits 401k with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Strong Annual bonus program

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

5+ years of estimating experience in heavy highway construction with Structures FDOT bidding experience preferred. Microsoft Office Suite Experience with HCSS or other software preferred Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience a plus Negotiated project experience preferred, including technical writing skills All searches are held in the utmost discretion.
