We’re seeking an Estimator to analyze project requirements, prepare accurate bids, and build strong client relationships. If you thrive on precision, deadlines, and turning blueprints into competitive proposals, this role is for you!
Your Role:
As an Estimator , you’ll be the backbone of our bidding process-translating construction documents into detailed cost proposals while collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
? Review blueprints, specs, and RFPs to develop comprehensive estimates ? Calculate material, labor, and production costs for misc. metal projects ? Prepare and submit clear, competitive proposals under tight deadlines ? Identify and resolve discrepancies via RFIs and client communication ? Track bids from submission to award, analyzing win/loss data ? Maintain strong relationships with GCs, vendors, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
? Experience in steel/misc. metals estimating (preferred) ? Ability to read construction docs and interpret technical specs ? Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills ?
