The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the construction process by accurately assessing project costs and providing estimates that facilitate effective project management. This position requires at least basic knowledge or Xactimate and or roofing construction, proficiency in construction estimating software, and a solid understanding of construction management principles. Responsibilities Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary information for pricing and budgeting. Utilize software tools such as Xactimate to create detailed estimates and manage project data effectively.
