Job Description:

We are presently seeking a highly motivated, goal-orientated,and efficient Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our growing teamin the Roofing Division. The Commercial Roofing Estimator reportsto the Division Director and is responsible for clientcommunication, preparing and submitting the Prebid package(estimate, budget, and schedule), and traveling to the project siteas necessary to collect pertinent information.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator in the generalconstruction field as a general contractor representative EdgeSoftware Extensive knowledge of established construction andmaintenance practices, procedures, and techniques, as well asapplicable local, state, and federal building codes and legislationStrong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details Ableto prioritize and multi-task, proactive and deadline-oriented, andhave interpersonal skills Must possess strong negotiation skillsTime management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Ability toclosely collaborate with other project teams and stakeholdersKnowledge of Pipeline invitation-to-bid software is a plus Abilityto read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsComputer skills including internet, e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel,and MS Word Experience with estimating software, Xactimatepreferred EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree from afour-year college or university; or (5) years related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience Minimum of at least three (4) years of commercialroofing estimating Will go as high as $110,000.00 for a senior
