Successful candidate must have a substantial experience utilizing on-screen computer aided quantity take-offs. Responsibilities Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Utilize software tools such as Plan Swift, On Center, Sage, or similar for accurate cost estimation and reporting. Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.
