Job Description
Our growing team is seeking a Demolition Estimator to join us and play a crucial role in our projects.
Pay:
110K-130k+ Bonus & Benefits
Location:
On-Site
Responsibilities:
Accurately estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and potential challenges.
Prepare detailed proposals and budgets for clients.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate estimates.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience as a demolition estimator.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
