Mechanical Air Conditioning Corp Riviera Beach, FL 33404 Mechanical Air Conditioning is seeking a residential mechanical estimator to join our growing company. This is a salaried, full time position with weekly pay and potential bonus opportunity.

Mechanical Air Conditioning is a 40-year-old family business. We specialize in air conditioning installation for residential tract homes—committed to quality, efficiency, and customer comfort. As an estimator, you will: Analyze project drawings, specifications and other documents related to the overall project Produce mechanical plans, heat loads and assemblies Respond to change orders Ensure that all drawings, heat loads, assemblies and relevant work meets applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits and walkthroughs as necessary Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, codes, and pricing. What you need to succeed : Minimum 1 to 3 years’ estimating experience as a mechanical estimator Ability to read and interpret blueprints Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, including active listening. Strong attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of construction practices Experience with Microsoft office suite Experience with Wrightsoft Software preferred, but not required All applicants are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
