Estimator / Project Manager – Luxury Residential Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator/ Project Manager to lead the estimation and project management ofour luxury custom home projects. You will have a strong backgroundin both cost estimating and project oversight. This dual rolerequires a professional who can accurately forecast project costs,manage budgets, coordinate with clients and subs, and ensure thetimely delivery of projects. Description Prepare detailed and accurate costestimates for luxury custom home projects, including materials,labor, subcontractor quotes, and other project costs. Reviewproject plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure completenessand accuracy for estimating purposes. Develop and maintainrelationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtaincompetitive pricing and reliable service. Manage the entire projectlifecycle from inception through completion, including planning,scheduling, and oversight. Coordinate with architects, designers,clients, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications aremet and expectations are exceeded. Monitor project budgets,controlling costs, and providing regular financial updates. Ensureprojects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and localbuilding codes. Identify potential risks and proactively developmitigation strategies. Maintain clear, consistent communicationwith clients and internal teams regarding project status,challenges, and changes. Oversee procurement, scheduling, andlogistics to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct sitevisits regularly to monitor progress and address any issuespromptly. Prepare and present progress reports and projectdocumentation to stakeholders. Profile Proven experience inestimating and project management within luxury residential orhigh-end custom home construction. Strong understanding ofconstruction processes, materials, and building codes specific toSouth Florida. Excellent organizational, negotiation, andcommunication skills. Ability to read and interpret architecturaldrawings, specifications, and contracts. Proficiency in estimatingsoftware, project management tools like Procore, Bluebeam, etcBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,Architectural Drafting, or related field preferred.
