Mitigation and Construction Estimator J & R Restoration 4500 Oak Circle, Boca Raton, FL 33431 We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the Mold, Water, and Fire process by providing accurate cost estimates for projects. This is a full-time position with great advancement opportunities. The right candidate has construction knowledge, and can write Scopes and Negotiate Estimates, and follow up with clients. 3 years experience writing and negotiating insurance losses Proficient in Xactimate with a minimum of 2 years of experience Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills Customer service focused Ability to independently scope and estimate mitigation & construction projects of all sizes. Communicate with adjusters/customers on the scope of work Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Excellent customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills The company will provide a company vehicle, mobile phone, business cards, and a computer to support daily responsibilities.
