Pre construction Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Job Title:

Estimator Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects, helping guide strategic decisions and ensuring competitive, profitable bids. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to assess project requirements and deliver comprehensive proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Develop and maintain cost databases and historical data for future reference. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution plans. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options. Assist in preparing bid packages and proposals for submission.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in [industry type, e.g., commercial construction, civil, MEP, etc.]. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
