A dynamic company culture that fosters teamwork andinnovation. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivatedConstruction Sales Estimator to join our General Contractingdivision. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurateproject estimates and bids while coordinating with clients andinternal teams to ensure project success. Key ResponsibilitiesReview project specifications and drawings to determine scope andestimate requirements. Perform quantity take-offs and prepareestimates using tools like Excel and BuilderTrend software. Managebid solicitation, including document distribution and communicationwith subcontractors and design teams. Attend pre-bid meetings andsite visits as needed. Analyze and review bids to ensure accuracyand alignment with project goals. Develop comprehensive scopes ofwork to support subcontractor bids. Present and reconcile estimateswith clients and design teams. Maintain organized documentation andensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of relatedexperience in construction estimation or project management.

Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting construction documentsand specifications. Familiarity with on-screen takeoff systems andadvanced Excel skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. PreferredExperience Expertise in creating renovation and construction scopesof work. Familiarity with residential and commercial constructionsystems and processes. Experience with project management tools isa plus. Salary The salary for this role includes base pluscommission.
