Senior Estimator -$130K We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join ourteam as a Senior Estimator. In this role, you will play a criticalpart in supporting the growth of our company by delivering accurateand timely electrical estimates for multifamily and commercialprojects within the Change Order department. Position Responsibilities:

Manage estimating processes and timelines to ensure clientdeadlines are met. Collaborate with operations teams and clients to define projectscope. Maintain detailed, organized notes on work within the Change Orderteam pipeline. Analyze and interpret construction drawings (blueprints) andspecifications. Prepare and execute onscreen quality overlays, takeoffs, anddescriptive narratives. Allocate costs appropriately into project budgets. Prepare and present completed estimating proposals to theOperations team and clients. Lead, mentor, and provide direction to assigned estimating teammembers. Commit to a fast-track position for a minimum of 16 months.

A motivated problem-solver with a focus on customer service and5-10 years of electrical estimating experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment withtight deadlines. Strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with seniormanagement and remains organized, detail-oriented, andefficient.
