We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Construction Estimator to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for estimating and creating bids for civil construction projects. We’re looking for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates and bids for civil construction projects. Review project plans, specifications, and related documents. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure comprehensive bid proposals. Utilize AutoCAD Autodesk and construction bidding software (preferably Onsite Elevation Pro) to generate estimates. Assist in maintaining and updating estimating databases and cost histories.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience bidding construction jobs. Minimum 6 months of experience using construction bidding software. Proficient with AutoCAD Autodesk and construction bidding platforms (Onsite Elevation Pro preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a background check.
