un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Experienced framing and drywall estimator (Sarasota) JP Services Of Sarasota 1840 61st St. near 301 compensation: Pay based on Experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Experienced framing and drywall estimator JP Services of Sarasota is in need of a skilled framing and drywall estimator to work in the office in our framing and drywall division. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Framing and Drywall Estimator, located in Sarasota, FL. The Framing and Drywall Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for framing and drywall projects, evaluating material and labor costs, analyzing project proposals, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Additional tasks include preparing detailed reports and maintaining records of estimates and actual project costs. Qualifications Experience in Framing and Drywall Estimation Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools Strong analytical and mathematical skills Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or higher education are a plus Please come fill out an application at 1840 61st Street bldg.
