Roofing Estimator/Salesmen- Commercial Dezigns Construction Inc Florida • Remote Are you a driven sales professional / estimator with a knack for closing deals? As a commercial roofing estimator / salesmen with DCI, you will have the freedom to shape your career while enjoying substantial earning potential. This role offers a mix of remote work, office collaboration, and field engagement, allowing you to operate flexibly from anywhere in Florida.

At Dezigns Construction Inc. (DCI), we are known for our excellence in Commercial Roofing and Sheet Metal services across the Tri-State region and the Caribbean. With our recent expansion into Florida, we are on the hunt for exceptional Estimator/Salesmen to join our team. Our focus is on delivering superior roofing solutions and building strong relationships with both commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:

Take charge of your own sales territory, targeting commercial clients.

Client Acquisition:

Seek out and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your industry connections and sales skills. DCI supplied Leads and bid oppurtunities also provided.

Field Engagement:

Conduct on-site assessments, including roof inspections, to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Proposal Development:

Craft and present compelling proposals for both commercial and residential projects, using DCI’s robust resources.

Autonomous Operations:

Manage your schedule and workflow independently, balancing virtual, office, and field activities effectively.

What We’re Looking For:
Sales Experience:

Background in sales, ideally within the roofing or construction sectors, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Client-Focused:

Strong ability to connect with clients, identify their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requirements.

Field Proficiency:

Comfort with performing on-site evaluations, including climbing and inspecting roofs.

Self-Starter:

Ability to work independently, along with Team collaroration generate leads, and manage your own sales process.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems; experience with DCI’s Edge Estimation software is a plus. Truck and fuel expenses provided. Why DCI?
