Position responsibilities

• Analyze project blueprints andspecifications to prepare accurate estimates for flooring projects-Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers togather necessary information
• Evaluate labor, material, andequipment costs to determine project budgets
• Maintain up-to-dateknowledge of market trends and pricing for materials and labor-Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure projectrequirements are met Position essential job functions
• Conductquantity take-offs and cost estimates for flooring projects-Prepare bid proposals and submit to clients within specifieddeadlines
• Review project progress and provide ongoing costanalysis
• Participate in project meetings to provide input on costmanagement
• Utilize estimating software to streamline theestimating process Position skills
• At least two years ofexperience in flooring estimating
• Proficiency in reading andinterpreting blueprints and specifications
• Strong mathematical andanalytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Benefits
