We are in need of a Project Manager/Estimator with a proven track record in developing leads, establishing customer relationships, closing sales, reading specs, doing online and blueprint takeoffs, and doing walk-throughs. You would then be responsible for managing crews to complete a successful project. Our company’s goal is to educate each of our customers; therefore, we need this position to learn about our industry and be able to educate our customers during the course of excellent customer service.

Communicate comfortably but professionally with residential and commercial clients Organize and manage your own schedule Field passive and warm leads, maintain relationships with existing clients, and utilize your prospecting techniques to build new business Estimate, plan, schedule, cost control, and manage construction projects Utilize online and blueprints for cost estimates Read specs and do blueprint takeoffs Walk through project expectations with customers Run crews and projects to profitable completion Online and blueprint takeoffs Must be tech savvy; flip phones need not apply Cost estimating Construction walk throughs Must be highly analytical and detail oriented Must have excellent people skills and communication skills Presentation and sales skills are needed Able to juggle several projects simultaneously Must be knowledgeable in construction means and methods Works independently and in a team setting Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new technology Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree a plus Drug-free (we conduct pre-employment screening) Felony-free (we conduct criminal background screening) A good driver (we review your driving history) Responsible (we review your credit bureau reports) Include a cover letter describing what you bring that no one else does Include your resume
