Production Sales Travel:
Primarily local, with future opportunity for national accounts Tiello is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales professional with estimating expertise to join a nationally recognized commercial roofing contractor in their Atlanta office . This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong leadership potential and a proven track record in production sales who is looking to grow into a VP-level role . This position is focused on developing new business, estimating re-roof and new construction scopes, and expanding relationships within the local market. Long-term, this role has the opportunity to expand into regional and national sales.
Responsibilities:
Sell and estimate production roofing projects in the Atlanta metro area Build and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, and GCs Generate and manage a book of business with a target of $3M+ in annual production sales Conduct site visits, perform takeoffs, and prepare detailed estimates and proposals Collaborate closely with internal estimators, superintendents, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution Represent the company with professionalism, technical expertise, and strong client focus Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives, both locally and nationally
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial roofing sales and estimating Proven success selling $3M+ annually in production roofing projects Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod Bit, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, conduct takeoffs, and scope jobs independently Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Local market knowledge and existing industry relationships in Atlanta preferred Ambition to grow into a VP-level leadership role over time
