Estimator/Project Coordinator Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Job Description:

Overview We are looking for an experienced ProjectCoordinator/Estimator to oversee projects from conception tocompletion focusing on slab-on-ground applications forpost-tensioning materials and services within the multifamilyresidential construction market. This role will involve workingclosely with our sales and engineering teams to provide a betterservice to our customers and increase our market share.

Responsibilities Project Coordinator:

Serve as the primary point ofcontact leading and managing multiple projects ensuring they arecompleted on time, within scope, and providing field servicesupport as need by client to fulfill contractual obligations.

Detailing:

Help in the development of engineering and/or fieldinstallation plans with the help our corporate engineering groupwhile also maintaining all the project documentation, includingstructural drawings, specifications and RFIs related to theproject.

Estimating:

Develop comprehensive and accurate estimatesfor materials required on each project.

Collaboration:

Workdirectly with the sales team to understand client’s needs and whilealso working with our engineering and operations groups tofacilitate smooth project execution.

Business Development :

Attendand participate in industry associations and events to promotecompany capabilities and look for any new business opportunities.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

5-years of relevant constructionexperience in multifamily construction projects. Knowledge ofconcrete foundation construction methods and concrete reinforcingmaterials preferred.

SKILLS:

Good written and verbal communication.

Computer knowledge of general Microsoft products ( e.g. Word,Excel, etc.) and AutoCad.

EDUCATION

College degree preferred butnot required, based on experience.

Additional Information SalaryRange :

$30.00-$32.00 per hour DOE Actual salary will be based on avariety of factors including relevant internal and externalexperience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical locationor other factors permitted by law
